4th DAY: Rome-Naples-Pompei-Sorrento.
After leaving Rome and driving along the "Sun Route"
motorway, we will cross the regions of Lazio and Campania.
Once in Naples, there will be a short panoramic tour of
the city, we will then continue towards Pompei, where
after the lunch break, we will visit the excavations of
this world-famous Roman town, destroyed by the eruption
of the Mt. Vesuvius in 79 A.D.. Then we will drive along
the Sorrentine Coast up to Sorrento, where we will have
dinner and overnight stay. |

5th DAY: Sorrento-Capri.
After breakfast, we will embark for Capri. On arrival,
weather permitting, we will enjoy a visit of the Blue
Grotto, by rowing boats. On the way back, from the
harbour of Marina Grande, we will go to Anacapri, a tiny
and picturesque mediteranean-style village with a
wonderful view of the Gulf of Naples. Lunch break in a
typical restaurant. After lunch, free time at disposal to
wander about the celebrated "Piazzetta" and the
characteristic streets of this little town. Dinner and
overnight stay in bed and breakfast. |
Arrival
in Rome
at 21.00 hrs. approximately of the 6th day at
EverGreen. |
N.B.: In case of adverse weather conditions, should the visit to
the Blue Grotto be impossible, it will be replaced by a visit of the Villa
di San Michele in Anacapri.
6th DAY:
Capri-Sorrento-Rome.
Breakfast in the bed and breakfast. Free time at
disposal to discover the magnificent beauties of this island (Mount Solaro,
Punta Tragara, the Faraglioni, the Gardens of Augustus) or to dive into the
crystalline waters of the gulf. Lunch in the bed and breakfast and embarking for
Sorrento. Return th Rome and overnight stay in EverGreen with breakfast.Price
for 2 persons
including transport by de luxe coach, visits as per the schedule with local
guide, entrance fees, lunch (drinks and personal extras excluded), tour
director during the journey, arrangement in bed and breakfast with bed & breakfast,
